Stellenbeschreibung
  • Standardisierung & Optimierung & Digitalisierung von Werkstatt-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsprozessen
  • Durchführung und Koordination von internen und externen Audits (System-, Prozess-, und Produktaudits) sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Audit-Findings
  • Analyse von Prozessabweichungen und Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Impulsgeber von Lean- und ESH-Prinzipien
  • effektive Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder
  • Schulung und Coaching von Werkstattpersonal zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen 
  • Leitung von Qualitätsprojekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma, ESH)
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsrichtlinien und -prozessen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement, Verfahrenstechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Werkstatt- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC, RCA
  • Auditorenqualifikation (z. B. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen QM-Systemen und Reporting-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen 
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Landes
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
