Cyber Security Senior Consultant – Pre-Sales | Austria

We're seeking a skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team in Austria. You'll play a key role in helping clients assess, design, and implement robust security solutions, while supporting pre-sales efforts and shaping the future of digital defence.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise clients on security strategy, architecture, and best practices
  • Design and implement security controls across infrastructure, apps, and cloud environments
  • Lead security assessments and audits, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and support pre-sales with high-quality technical proposals
  • Stay ahead of evolving threats and technologies, bringing insight into cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborate across teams, vendors, and clients to deliver impactful outcomes

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in Cyber Security, including architectural and pre-sales experience
  • Expertise in at least 3 of the following: SASE, Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, endpoint protection, CSPM, cloud security, threat intel, OT/NW/app security
  • Familiarity with key vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, Thales)
  • Strong knowledge of MDR, CSIRT, GRC, vulnerability management, and cloud platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and working to tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Sec+, CCSP, GIAC, ISO22301
  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, penetration testing, threat modelling, DevSecOps
  • Technical architecture and sales experience
