influencer marketing team
, we are looking for a motivated and responsible colleague in full-time employment that will help us scale the French market to new heights.

Your areas of responsibility

• End-to-end responsibility for collaboration with influencers across multiple platforms in the French market
• Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals
• Creative assistance for the partners to ensure content quality
• Building and managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand representation
• Improving performance of partnerships by increased understanding of brand fit, KPIs to determine success before and after the publication and the effect of subjective topics like content quality
• Being up-to-date with changes on platforms that have an impact on creator marketing
• Workflow improvement and documentation to ensure effectiveness of the process and team learnings

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Social media affinity and fluency (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch)
• Charismatic, extroverted, very good knowledge of human nature
• Strong negotiation skills and detail-oriented
• Confidence in working effectively with increasing budgets
• Knowledge of Excel and affinity with numbers
• Affinity with main marketing KPIs

Hard Facts

• Start of Employment: January 2026
• Working Hours: 38,5h per week (full-time)
• Salary: The Austrian collective agreement dotes this position at min. 2.362€ gross per month on a full time basis, without taking previous employment into account. Your actual salary depends on your personal work experience and qualifications.
