The unit "IT Strategy and Transformation", directly reporting to the Group CIO, is responsible for the Erste Group IT strategy development, maintenance and implementation across Erste Group. Additionally, the department is responsible for definition, maintenance and governance of group-wide IT service management- and related relevant policies & procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring DORA-relevant IT implementation progress and compliance, IT cost development as well as aligning and steering the group-wide collaboration and governance model in various CIO domains. 
We are looking for a senior expert on IT service management to join our team and proactively drive the associated areas throughout the organization in cooperation with local and group stakeholders

• Author and maintain IT Service Management related policies and procedures on group level
• Perform ICT Control Framework reviews for related policies and procedures in close collaboration with all CEE banking entities.
• Drive implementation of group relevant IT service management, IT resilience and IT efficiency topics
• Facilitate cross entity working groups on IT resilience in close collaboration with security expert teams
• Contribute to relevant group IT Strategy topics by defining mid-term strategies and operational priorities in alignment with both group and local CIO teams. 

• Proven experience and a successful track record in IT service management and IT governance in an international environment paired with a solid understanding of ITIL 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT service management, IT operations or IT service delivery
• Familiarity with applicable EU national regulations in the area of information technology and financial services a plus 
• Prior banking or financial services experience beneficial 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate efficiently both with IT subject matter experts, senior managers and C-level executives
• Fluent in English. German or additional CEE language proficiency a plus
• Expert presentation, meeting facilitation and change management skills 
• Team player with a high social competence
• Willing to travel in the CEE region

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 55.176,-- gross per year.
