  • Integrate AI and perception modules into robotic systems.
  • Develop and maintain simulation environments and hardware-in-the-loop test setups for validation and continuous integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on motion planning, SLAM and sensor fusion.
  • Support deployments and testing on humanoid and industrial robotic platforms.
  • Diagnose, debug, and improve robotic systems to ensure reliable operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying robotics software.
  • Proficiency with ROS2, C++, and Python on Linux-based systems.
  • Experience working with robotic simulators (e.g., Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet, Gazebo).
  • Familiarity with real-time control, sensor integration, and hardware bring-up.
  • Strong debugging and system integration skills.
  • EU citizenship and willingness to relocate to Austria (Graz / Pischelsdorf area).
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven control or learning-based robot behaviors (reinforcement/imitation learning).
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools (Docker, distributed training).
  • Experience deploying robots in industrial settings.
  • Understanding of embedded systems and edge computing for robotics.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
Benefits

What We Offer

  • A startup-like environment within a global engineering leader — ideal for engineers who want both autonomy and impact.
  • Direct access to state-of-the-art humanoid and industrial robotic platforms and high-performance computing resources.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including relocation support.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote work possibilities.
  • Continuous learning and career development opportunities, including conferences, training, and mentorship.
  • A collaborative, international environment that values innovation and initiative.

Compensation

We will determine your salary together with you depending on your expertise.
