CGM is Europe's leading developer of IT solutions for the entire healthcare sector. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives within our Software Development department. This role ensures smooth execution of departmental programs and projects, manages coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and supports hiring and resource planning in collaboration with HR. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, cross-team leadership, and experience operating in fast-paced, technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Coordination

  • Plan, oversee, and drive a variety of departmental projects—technical and operational—from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate resources and timelines across multiple teams to ensure alignment with project goals and departmental priorities.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues or blockers.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication around program status, timelines, and key decisions.

Hiring & Resource Planning

  • Partner with department leads to assess and forecast hiring needs across software teams.
  • Coordinate with HR on job postings, recruitment timelines, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and report on hiring pipeline activity and capacity planning.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for coordination with key stakeholders outside the software department, including HR, Product, IT, and other business units.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder requirements and feedback for relevant initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between departmental efforts and broader organizational objectives.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and refine internal workflows and communication strategies to improve project execution and team collaboration.
  • Promote consistency in program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the adoption of best practices in project and program management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's a plus).
  • 3–6 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or software-adjacent environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a mix of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Very good English skills and good German skills are required.

If you feel addressed by this opportunity, we offer a gross annual salary starting at €62.800,-. Our compensation is aligned with the IT collective agreement.
