Aufgaben

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:

Im Bereich Legal:

  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung diverser Verfahren wie bei Insolvenzen, Todes- und Betrugsfälle, Mahnklagen und Exekutionen

Im Bereich Compliance:

  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung festgelegter Überprüfungen und Protokollierung laut Kontrollplan
  • Pflege des Compliance Management Systems - wie Geldwäscheprävention, Datenschutz und Vendor Management/Auslagerung
  • Pflege des Compliance Kalenders
  • Umsetzung des Compliance Schulungsplan
Qualifikation

Wir erwarten von dir:

  • Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder laufendes Studium insbesondere der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Legal/Compliance Abteilung oder Rechtsanwaltskanzlei von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Genaue sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise und gute administrative als auch organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
