Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist, located in Vienna. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues. Daily tasks will include managing desktop computers, responding to help desk support requests, installing and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical problems. The Support Specialist will collaborate with team members to provide high-quality customer service while ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support processes
  • Strong Troubleshooting abilities and experience with resolving technical issues
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related software
  • Knowledge of Information Technology principles, systems, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist and manage user issues effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
