Als Mitarbeiter Customer Support (w/m/d) mit Fokus auf die Getränkeindustrie arbeiten Sie als 2nd-Level Support und stellen sicher, dass unsere globalen Teams schnell und effizient unterstützt werden.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Kompetente Bearbeitung von technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem globalen Vertriebsnetz
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Trainings und Schulungen für Servicetechniker/innen
  • Sorgfältige Erstellung und Prüfung von Servicedokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen in unserem Haus und gelegentlich direkt beim Kunden
  • Mögliche Serviceeinsätze vor Ort beim Kunden

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, Kolleg, FH)
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Kontaktfreude
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
  • Hervorragende Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit, hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (max. 10%)

Wir bieten Ihnen eine faire und marktkonforme Vergütung auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe - angepasst an die regionalen Gegebenheiten des steirischen Arbeitsmarkts. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 2.800 brutto pro Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Persönlichkeit, Kompetenz und Erfahrung zählen bei uns mehr als starre Vorgaben. Deshalb legen wir Ihr tatsächliches Bruttogehalt individuell fest und honorieren Ihre Qualifikationen selbstverständlich mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung.
