Maintenance Engineer (f/m/d)In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
Your ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and technical equipmentAnalyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availabilityImplementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operationCollaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtimeIntroducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performanceEnsuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safetyYour Profile
Technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in maintenance, ideally in the manufacturing industrySolid knowledge of maintenance methods, fault analysis, reliability management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)Experience with maintenance software and MS Office applicationsAnalytical and problem-solving mindset along with strong communication skillsTeam-oriented, assertive, and highly self-motivatedVery good English skills, German language skills are an advantageOur Offer
