Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet, mit der Option auf eine unbefristete Übernahme bei entsprechender Eignung und betrieblichem Bedarf.

Als Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Wien übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die qualifizierte Kundenbetreuung und die komplette Auftragsabwicklung für Österreich und die Schweiz – von der Bestellung bis zur Verrechnung.

Ein typischer Arbeitstag in dieser Funktion umfasst:

  • Führen von qualifizierten Kundengesprächen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Produktanfragen.
  • Komplexe Auftragsabwicklung von Bestellung bis Verrechnung, inklusive Eingabe in das Warenwirtschaftssystem (auch in Englisch).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst sowie externen Logistikdienstleistern; flexibler Einsatz im Customer Service.
  • Verwaltung von Konsignationslagern sowie Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projektarbeiten.
  • Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und effektive Nutzung digitaler Tools zur Prozessoptimierung.

WAS SIE ZU ALCON MITBRINGEN:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im E-Commerce und SAP
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kontaktstärke und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Teamfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie selbstständiges, vorausschauendes Arbeiten, hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service wird bevorzugt
  • Wohnort in der Nähe des Standorts in Wien oder Umzugsbereitschaft

  • Es erwartet Sie ein wettbewerbsfähiges Vergütungspaket.  Für diese Stelle gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von jährlich EUR brutto. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt jedoch wesentlich darüber und orientiert sich an Qualifikation, Eignung und Erfahrung. Hinzu kommt ein variabler Bonus pro Jahr (je nach Zielerreichung) sowie zahlreiche Benefits.
