Deine Aufgaben
  • Planung, Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten – von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss;
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen sowie Definition von Meilensteinen;
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber:innen, internen Teams und externen Partnern sowie abteilungsübergreifende Koordination;
  • Kontinuierliche und enge Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, inklusive operativer Betreuung und Beratung;
  • Planung und Durchführung von Abnahmen, Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und nachhaltiger Kundenzufriedenheit;
  • Proaktives Monitoring von Kundensystemen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen;
  • Durchführung von Status-Meetings, Risiko- und Chancenbewertung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards;
  • Dokumentation der Projektergebnisse und "Lessons Learned".
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, IT, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation;
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement;
  • Zertifizierung in einer gängigen Projektmanagement-Methode (z. B. PMI, IPMA, Scrum) von Vorteil;
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft;
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie professionelles und seriöses Auftreten;
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln;
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Wissensaustausch;
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - englischsprachige Meetings sind für dich keine Herausforderung;
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei EUR 46.781,00 brutto/Jahr auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt.

Wir bieten jedoch ein sehr attraktives und leistungsgerechtes Gehalt, das sich nach deinen Qualifikationen und deiner Berufserfahrung richtet. Dieses liegt deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe.
