STUDENT SUPPORT (m/w/d) HUMAN RESOURCES

(Befristeter Dienstvertrag – flexible Zeiteinteilung möglich – 25-30h/Woche)

Was erwartet dich?

• Aktive Einbindung in die administrativen und organisatorischen Abläufe des Personalbereichs

• Pflege und Verwaltung unseres Systems zur Arbeitszeit- und Abwesenheitserfassung

• Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement, von der Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen bis zur Erstellung von Bestätigungen

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung sowie bei der Administration von Sozialleistungen

• Aktive Mitarbeit in laufenden HR-Projekten, z.B. zur Prozessoptimierung oder Digitalisierung

• Organisation und Terminplanung von Gesundheitsaktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Betriebsärztin

Was solltest du mitbringen?

• Ein laufendes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder großes Interesse an personalbezogenen Themen

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein sehr gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
