Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Test-Teams und verantwortest eine effiziente Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung.
  • Du entwickelst Teststrategien, -methoden und -prozesse weiter und stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen und stellst deren Umsetzung im Testbetrieb sicher.
  • Du koordinierst interne sowie externe Prüfeinrichtungen und kümmerst dich um ein reibungsloses Schnittstellenmanagement zu Kunden und Projektpartnern.
  • Du berätst Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen, unterstützt bei der Angebotserstellung und wirkst aktiv an der Projektplanung mit.
  • Du leitest die akkreditierte Prüfstelle und trägst die Verantwortung für deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit (HTL-Matura oder höher).
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der passiven Fahrzeugsicherheit.
  • Du hast umfangreiche Testing-Erfahrung und kennst relevante Prüfprozesse aus der Praxis.
  • Führungserfahrung ist für dich selbstverständlich – du kannst Teams motivieren und weiterentwickeln.
  • Du besitzt fundiertes Know-how in Prüfmethodik, Prüfvorschriften und ISO 17025.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, qualitätsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du überzeugst durch hohe Kundenorientierung und klare, professionelle Kommunikation.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
