As our Marketing Intern, Germany, you'll support the team in strengthening Bitpanda's presence in one of our key European markets. You'll help bring local campaigns to life, contribute to community-focused initiatives, and assist in increasing awareness and user engagement across Germany. Working closely with the German Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams, you'll learn how to adapt global strategies to the local market and play an important role in making digital assets more approachable and relevant to German audiences.

• Support the execution of Germany-specific marketing activities across digital and offline channels to help boost brand visibility and community engagement.
• Assist in the planning, rollout, and performance tracking of integrated campaigns, working alongside teams such as brand, CRM, product, and performance marketing.
• Help prepare campaign reports, gather insights, and summarise learnings to support continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely delivery of campaign tasks.
• Provide administrative and organisational support for marketing processes, budgeting documentation, and internal communication.
  
  

• Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and eager for hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and comfort with common marketing/productivity tools; interest in fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Clear, proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating and supporting smooth project coordination.
• Organised, reliable, able to manage multiple tasks, bring a positive attitude, and motivated to grow skills while contributing to the team's impact in the German market; native-level German required
