The role

We're looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and driven Founder's Associate to join our Vienna office. You'll work side-by-side with the founders and leadership team across strategic, operational, and growth initiatives — acting as an extension of the leadership office and helping execute on our most important priorities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, fundraising, and business development. You'll gain a deep understanding of how a global investment platform operates, from capital raising and deal execution to fund structuring and expansion into new markets.

You'll thrive here if you're analytical, organized, and ambitious — someone who can zoom out to think strategically but isn't afraid to dive into the details and make things happen.

Your responsibilities

Strategic & operational leadership

• Support founders on high-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Drive internal coordination between investment, operations, and legal teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and analyses for investors and partners.

Business development & partnerships

• Support the identification and development of new strategic and commercial partnerships.
• Conduct research and analysis on markets, investors, and opportunities.
• Help craft compelling materials for institutional partners and stakeholders.

Execution excellence

• Manage and track key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Improve internal processes and workflows across the organization.
• Serve as a thought partner to the founders — bringing data, structure, and creativity to complex problems.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment where autonomy and initiative are key.
• Strong interest in private markets, venture capital, or financial innovation.
• Based in Vienna or willing to relocate; available to work in person with the leadership team.

• Competitive annual salary of €60,000 – €70,000, depending on experience and track record.
