The department Commercial Real Estate International provides commercial real financing to real estate developers, real estate funds and investors active in logistics, office and retail segment. The department serves clients in the whole Erste region and holds an industry relevant steering function across Erste Group. Acting as a single point of contact for our clients, we provide a variety of financing solutions and actively manage client exposures with a view on regional and product diversification.
We foster close cooperation with local Erste sales units, product experts and other internal service providers and coordinate and drive external as well as internal business processes.
Your Tasks Assume responsibility for a commercial real estate with international commercial real estate investors and developersIdentify and address new clients, and analyze new business opportunities Structure tailor-made financing solutions with the willingness to campaign for it in order to get deals doneLead the acquisition and pitching process with contribution of CRE know-how in CEEDeal with clients (real estate developers, real estate funds and investors of all kinds) and establish a long-lasting client relationshipNegotiate transactions and contract documentation with internal and external legal supportCreate strong internal and external networks e.g. with risk management, back office units, industry experts, consultants Your Background A degree in business administration, law or equivalent education5+ years of experience in banking or commercial real estate specific know-howExperience in dealing with clients (real estate developers, real estate funds and Investors of all kinds) and ability to establish a long-lasting relationships both with colleagues and clientsExcellent analytical skillsVery good communication and presentation skillsEnglish is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus Our Offer We offer an exciting and dynamic work environment in a core product area of Erste Group, which provides a great platform to enhance product knowledge, client relationships and teamwork across different culturesYou will have the opportunity to experience high profile transactions and quickly develop strong credit skills and a sound understanding of the CEE real estate marketYou will work with professional international clients and top decision makers on key strategic decisions and their financing implications and will have the opportunity to enhance your own networkWe also offer further personal and professional development options through internal/external trainingsWe offer our employees the opportunity to divide their hours between working from home and at the officeDiscover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,-- gross per year.
