Curious how powerful messaging shapes the image of a leading European financial institution? Join Group Communications and Corporate Affairs – the team behind Erste Group's public positioning, stakeholder management, and overall communications strategy.
As an intern, you will help transform complex financial topics into clear, engaging messages, assist in preparing external and internal communication activities, and support strategic communication projects across Erste Group.

Your Tasks
  • Help prepare content (text and image) for financial topics and strategy updates, and support distribution across various channels
  • Assist in organizing and executing internal events, including research, briefings, and operational support
  • Edit images and design impactful presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Stay up to date on economic and political developments and research trends
Your Background
  • Education: Currently studying Communication, Journalism, Social Sciences, Politics, Economics, or Finance with a focus on communication
  • Experience & Soft Skills: Initial exposure to journalism, PR, corporate communications, or social media; strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and team spirit
  • Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn by doing
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage
Our Offer
  • Exciting and challenging internship for 6 months full-time (38.5h/week) or 12 months part-time (19.25h/week) as of January 2026

  • We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.660,50 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
