  • With your expertise, you'll support employees and Hiring Coaches in your business area as a trusted partner in all strategic and operational HR matters - always close to people and the business.
  • You'll navigate the entire HR process in your business area: define job profiles with Hiring Coaches, recruit and guide the full employee life cycle.
  • You'll support teams and employees through personal and organizational change processes.
  • You always keep an eye on the future, fostering future-ready teams through talent and succession planning and by contributing to innovative HR projects.

What makes you a great fit for this role

  • Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role - ideally in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Austrian labor law.
  • Clear, impact-driven and empathetic communication style at eye level.
  • Enjoy working in an international setting and bring strong intercultural competence.
  • Passion for actively shaping modern HR practices.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
