The Opportunity

As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of assigned projects – ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team of site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and specialists, coordinating resources and driving performance throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and managing project delivery end-to-end
  • Managing commercial performance alongside the Project QS
  • Coordinating procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials
  • Driving safety, compliance, and quality on site
  • Issuing weekly project progress reports (incl. RFIs, procurement status, critical issues)
  • Overseeing design development and value engineering
  • Chairing project meetings with design teams and subcontractors
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting new business opportunities

What you'll need:

  • 5–10 years' experience in a mechanical project management role, ideally within M&E contracting
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to safe delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
