This role is ideal for individuals who want to ensure a clear flow of information across Research, Applied Research and Product team and want to excel at the crossroads of
hands-on Engineering, Project Management and direct Customer Interaction.

Your Mission: From Research to Deployment

  • Starting on the operational engineering side to gain a deep understanding of our core technology and data pipelines.
  • Following this foundational phase, you will gradually increase responsibility for customer agendas by coordinating the entire project lifecycle - from initial scoping and workshops to successful delivery and deployment.
  • Translating research results (e.g., novel xLSTM-based algorithms) into production-ready, deployable solutions.
  • Acting as the main technical liaison for industrial partners - including demos, workshops, and requirements gathering.
  • Developing and optimizing models (PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT) within a highly skilled team, taking care of data pipelines.

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering, Applied Research, or Technical Consulting / PjM.
  • Solid understanding of ML (Transformers, LSTMs, Attention), model development (PyTorch) and data pipelines for time series.
  • Familiarity with deployment & optimization (PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript).
  • Strong Project Management skills (Agile methodologies, milestone planning).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with confidence in customer-facing settings.
