Deine Aufgaben:

• Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung von Projekten im klassischen Sinne (von der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss) 

• Eigenverantwortliche technische Steuerung inklusive Anforderungs- und Stakeholder-Management, Change-Management sowie Reporting 

• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Erstellung von Planungen und Kalkulationen in der Presales Phase 

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten

• Nachweisbares Verständnis für technischen Lösungen, die in Projekten umgesetzt werden und Erfahrung in Projekten in einem oder mehreren Bereichen von unserem Portfolio: Software Defined Data Center, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Devops oder Software Development 

• Teamfähigkeit und ein hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationskompetenz zeichnen dich aus 

• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab 

Optimal wäre, wenn Du...:

• bereits Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement vorweisen kannst  

• Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Herstellern wie VMware by Broadcom oder Microsoft besitzt 

Eine intensive Einarbeitung und regelmäßige Fortbildungen finden bei uns nicht nur auf dem Papier statt, sondern sind selbstverständlich für alle unsere Mitarbeitenden.  

Der Kollektivvertrag sieht für diese Position ein Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto/Jahr bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung vor. Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist für uns selbstverständlich.

About the job:

• Assume overall responsibility for project management in the traditional sense (from planning, control, and monitoring to successful completion) 

• Independently manage technical aspects, including requirements and stakeholder management, change management, and reporting

• Support the sales team in creating plans and calculations in the presales phase 

What you should bring along:

• Experience in leading IT projects  

• Demonstrable understanding of technical solutions implemented in projects and experience in projects in one or more areas from our portfolio: Software Defined Data Center, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Devops oder Software Development  

• Team spirit and a high degree of initiative and communication skills distinguish you 

• Fluent in German and very good English skills complete your profile 

It would be optimal, if you...:

• Have certifications in project management 

• Possess solid knowledge of manufacturers such as VMware by Broadcom or Microsoft

Intensive induction and regular trainings are not just something we do on paper but are a matter of course for all our employees.  The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 62,790 for this position based on full-time employment. An overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
