Als HR Business Partner bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR und Business. Du entwickelst und implementierst kurz- und langfristige Strategien, die Struktur, Kultur und Talente, um diese mit unseren Unternehmenszielen in Einklang zu bringen. Dabei unterstützt du Führungskräfte individuell und coachst sie in allen relevanten HR-Themen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische HR-Partnerschaft: Entwicklung einer People-Strategie, die mit globalen und regionalen Zielen übereinstimmt.
• Business Alignment: Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung in den Bereichen Talentmanagement, Organisationsdesign, strategische Personalplanung und Kulturentwicklung.
• Kooperation mit HR-Experten (COEs): Sicherstellung der Umsetzung abgestimmter Strategien, Programme und Prozesse in den Bereichen Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Change Management und Total Rewards.
• Talentgewinnung & -entwicklung: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Gewinnung, Förderung und Bindung vielfältiger Talente.
• HR-Kennzahlen im Blick: Verantwortung für zentrale HR-Metriken (Recruiting, Entwicklung, Retention) inkl. Ursachenanalyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
• Talent Assessment & Nachfolgeplanung: Identifikation von Schlüsselkompetenzen und Entwicklungspotenzialen, Aufbau von Talent-Pipelines für kritische Rollen.
• Engagement & Kultur: Steuerung von Engagement-Prozessen – von Analyse über Kommunikation bis hin zu Feedback und Maßnahmenplanung.
• HR Operating Rhythms: Führung der Organisation durch Prozesse wie Leistungsmanagement, Talent Reviews sowie Merit- und Bonusplanung.
• Case Management: Eskalationspunkt für komplexe Personalthemen, Beratung von Führungskräften bei arbeitsrechtlichen und disziplinarischen Fragestellungen.
• Compliance & Arbeitsrecht: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und professionellen Umsetzung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsräten

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
• Tiefes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse, Arbeitsrecht und Change Management.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und operative Exzellenz sicherzustellen.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Coaching-Kompetenz und ein hohes Maß an Empathie.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
