  • Leitung und Koordination der Produktionsabteilung
  • Mitarbeiterführung sowie Schulung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter der Abteilung
  • Umsetzung von Vorgaben bzw. Maßnahmen die zur Erreichung der Produktionskennzahlen und Abteilungszielen führen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Optimierungsprozessen (KVP, Lean, 5S) und -projekten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kleinprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorgaben zu Produktqualität, Umweltmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit im Produktionsbereich
  • Abstimmung und Koordination mit allen Schnittstellenabteilungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (zB Meisterprüfung, HTL, Fachschule)
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Erfahrung mit Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
  • Eine ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag der Stein- und keramischen Industrie mit einem kollektivvertraglichen jährlichen Mindestbruttogehalt in Höhe von € 56.588, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

3M hat Vereinbarungen zum Verkauf seines Geschäftsbereichs Precision Grinding & Finishing an Nimbus getroffen, eine in Europa ansässige Investmentgesellschaft mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung mittelständischer Industrieunternehmen.

Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird für das erste Halbjahr 2026 erwartet, vorbehaltlich der Erfüllung der Informations- und Konsultationspflichten gegenüber den zuständigen Betriebsräten sowie regulatorischer und weiterer Anforderungen.
Es wird erwartet, dass diese Position nach Abschluss der Transaktion möglicherweise auf Nimbus übergeht.
