As the Transport Manager, you'll be at the heart of our transportation operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods while keeping our feet firmly on the ground.

You'll lead a close-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and implementing practical strategies to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations.

Your expertise will help us build strong partnerships with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, while embracing a down-to-earth and practical approach to achieve our goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement practical transportation strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to work alongside your Team and promoting a hands-on approach.
  • Optimize vehicle routes and resources, finding down-to-earth solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and clients through open communication and mutual trust.

Your skills:

  • Experience in the Logistic Industry or in a customer support position.
  • A down-to-earth approach that motivates and supports your team.
  • Practical mindset and the ability to get things done
  • Problem-solving skills that combine practicality, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Fluent in Italian and english? both written and spoken
