Description

Deine Aufgaben:

· Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Überwachung unserer gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, einschließlich Stromversorgungsanlagen, Lüftungs-, Kälte- und Klimageräte.

· Du begleitest Wartungsfirmen und Lieferanten bei Wartungstätigkeiten vor Ort und stellst sicher, dass alles nach Plan verläuft.

· Du bereitest Arbeitsaufträge vor und dokumentierst Wartungstätigkeiten in unserem Wartungsprogramm.

· Du erkennst und analysierst Störungen und bist für die anschließende Fehlerbehebung verantwortlich.

· Du unterstützt unser Customer Service Team bei Kundenanfragen und trägst so zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden bei.

Das bringst Du mit:

· Rund 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Gebäude-, Betriebs- oder Servicetechniker.

· Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (HTL oder Lehre im Bereich Elektro-, Kältetechnik oder HKLS).

· Bereitschaft, im Schichtdienst inkl. Wochenende (auch 12-Stunden-Schichten) zu arbeiten.

· Deutsch und Englisch auf B2 Niveau.

· Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kältetechnik, Hydraulik, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und/oder HKLS.

On top bekommst Du eine monatliche Schichtzulage in der Höhe von EUR 350,- brutto und monatliche S-F-N-Zulagen von ca. EUR 300- bis EUR 600,- brutto.
