Job description:

  • Leading and managing
    a team of 
    8 kitchen professionals
    , including cooks and dishwashers,
  • ensuring smooth daily operations across 
    breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
    ,
  • active participation in food preparation – 
    hands-on leadership
    , especially during high season,
  • designing and implementing 
    creative, seasonal menus
     in line with hotel concept,
  • maintaining high standards of 
    food quality, presentation, and hygiene
    ,
  • coordinating with hotel departments for events, conferences, and seminars,
  • overseeing 
    ordering, stock control, and cost management
     to ensure efficiency.

We require:

  • proven experience as a 
    Head Chef or Sous Chef
     in a quality hotel environment,
  • excellent 
    leadership and organizational skills
    , engagement and loyalty
  • strong knowledge of 
    modern European cuisine
     and menu planning,
  • ability to train, inspire, and develop the kitchen team,
  • good 
    communication skills
     in English or German,
  • proactive, creative, and quality-driven mindset,
  • flexibility to handle increased workload during the 
    high season
    .

     starting from €4.000 gross per month (negotiable depending on experience),
