Ziel des Projekts ist die
Einführung eines neuen HR-Systems
(HRIS) im Bankenumfeld, das bestehende HR-Prozesse modernisiert, das alte System ablöst, Datenkonsistenz herstellt und in mehrere Tochterunternehmen integriert wird.

Das Projekt ist Teil eines großen
Transformationsprogramms
mit hoher Sichtbarkeit auch in andere Gesellschaften und bringt somit einen Aufmerksamkeit und Support der Geschäftsführung mit sich.

Fokus dieser Rolle besteht in der
Umsetzung des vordefinierten HR Systems
- Verantwortung der
End-to-End-Implementierung
– von der Analyse über die Systemeinführung und Migration bis zum Go-Live inkl. mehrstufiger Rollout-Phasen.

Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung
    für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung eines neuen
    HR-Systems
    (Auswahl in der finalen Phase)
  • Proaktive Abstimmung
    und Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams
  • Reporting an Sponsoren & Management (HR-Leitung, Generaldirektion)
  • Aufsetzen eines
    Projektplan und
    Vorgehensmodells
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher
    HR-Prozesse
    (Recruiting, Payroll, Admin, Time, Talent, Learning, Reporting usw.)
  • Koordination der Systemkonfiguration, Datenmigration und Testphasen (UAT, Integrationstests, Regression)
  • Laufendes Risiko-, Issue- und Eskalationsmanagement

Profil

  • Erfahrung im
    IT- Transformationsprojekte, idealerweise HR Implementierungen
  • Erfahrung mit
    Systemmigrationen & Schnittstellenprojekten
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im
    Stakeholder- und Erwartungsmanagement
