Responsibilities
Join TeamViewer's design team as a Product Designer and help shape how millions of users experience AI-powered remote support. You'll work on meaningful features that balance intelligent automation with human control, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, trustworthy experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in emerging technologies while working alongside experienced designers, product managers, and ML engineers who will support your development.
- Design High-Quality User Experiences for AI Features
Deliver user-centered designs through research, prototyping, and iteration—from concept to production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical capabilities, user needs, and business goals, then design interfaces that make intelligent features accessible and intuitive.
- Present and Communicate Design Work
Share design progress and rationale with team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to strengthen solutions and build cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in software or digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills with shipped products
- Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
- Experience designing for technical products, tools, or complex workflows
Ideally (not mandatory):
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools
- Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design decisions
- Familiarity with design systems or component-based design approaches
- Interest in AI/ML technologies, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation

For this position, the collectively agreed minimum salary (IT Collective Agreement) is €3,843 gross per month based on a 38.5-hour work week. Naturally, a market-competitive overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications, professional experience, and overall expertise.
