To strengthen our motivated MM Packaging Team at our site in Vienna, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer (m/f/d) for 20 hours/week.

  Your Role
  • You design and develop packaging concepts for a wide range of products (e.g. consumer goods, food & beverages, cosmetics, etc.)
  • You create precise dielines and mock-ups, ensuring the technical feasibility in close collaboration with the team
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product positioning and packaging requirements
  • You adapt and refine existing designs across different formats and sizes while maintaining brand alignment and consistency
  • You stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends in packaging design, sustainability, and industry best practices 
Your Profile
  • You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in packaging design, ideally gained in a fast-paced, international setting where creativity and adaptability are key 
  • You posses a strong knowledge of CAD software (ArtiosCAD, Esko) and you know how to craft professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations with graphic content that impress clients
  • Your excellent attention to detail, layout and consumer needs as well as communication and collaboration skills make you the perfect candidate
  • You are willing to further development towards AI supported Graphic Design (e.g. with Adobe Firefly) and creation of 3D mock-ups with Adobe Substance 3D
  • You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C1+), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 38,000 gross all-in on a full-time basis is offered, according to your qualifications and professional experience.
