Nous recherchons un VIE motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe RH en Autriche et jouer un rôle clé dans le soutien à nos collaborateurs et à nos processus RH. Il s'agit d'une opportunité unique d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans un environnement international et de créer un impact réel.

Responsabilités Principales
Mettre à jour et maintenir les systèmes RH (Workday, DPW, listes de diffusion, etc.)

Gérer de manière autonome la campagne de recrutement des VIE

Suivre les effectifs et faire rapport sur la conformité aux règles de premiers secours

Apporter un soutien quotidien aux collaborateurs sur les questions relatives aux avantages, à la paie et sujets connexes

Superviser le processus des primes trimestrielles et assurer l'exactitude des saisies dans le système

D'autres projets peuvent être proposés selon les besoins de l'entreprise et vos centres d'intérêt

Profil
Profil
Master en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie Organisationnelle ou domaine similaire, avec au moins 6 mois de stage ou d'apprentissage

Qualités Requises
Très organisé(e), rigoureux(se), proactif(ve) et autonome

Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à gérer des situations complexes

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais

Une expérience sur Workday est un atout important

Compétences Requises
Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel

À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les processus techniques

La connaissance du secteur automobile est un plus
