The Strategic Projects team drives key initiatives that shape the future of Erste Group. We collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and the successful execution of projects across the organization.

Your Tasks
  • As a Strategic Project Support Intern, you will assist our Strategic Project Leads in coordinating and executing high-impact initiatives
  • You'll also conduct research, track risks, and contribute ideas to improve project workflows and communication strategies
  • You'll contribute to project planning, documentation, and reporting, while supporting communication with senior stakeholders
  • Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams across IT, subsidiaries, and external partners, helping to ensure strategic alignment and smooth collaboration
Your Background
  • Ongoing studies at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Business Administration, IT or similar
  • Proactive supporter, eager to improve the organization's effectiveness and performance, with a strong enthusiasm to learn
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English; knowledge of one or more CEE languages is a plus
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AI and neo-broker topics is a plus
Our Offer
