As a Data & AI Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of AI and Data consulting experience, or other relevant experience in AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Collaborate with customers and account partners to identify new AI opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for AI & Data transformation
Organize and lead educational and ideation AI and Generative AI workshops for customers
Understand customer's needs and assess their AI maturity
Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools and platforms
Lead AI feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of AI solutions
Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions tailored to the client's requirements
Lead integration and deployment of AI solutions into customers' existing infrastructure
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies, trends and best practices and develop thought leadership and PoV on AI
Work with cross-functional teams and partners to develop/ enhance and package AI offerings and assets for customer-facing discussions
In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques (such as generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), etc.)
Good knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience working with customers in different industries and understanding their specific challenges and requirements
Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
Comfortable working with statistics
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and challenges in AI and Generative AI
Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude
Advanced communication and storytelling skills
Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities
The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Data & AI Consultant is €61,040. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.
