ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our high-performance Retail Team – BRUNA is opening its first Flagship Store in Vienna

We're looking for full-time Sales Advisors who are passionate about people, style, and community. Are you a self-driven and ambitious person who loves meeting new people, has a genuine interest in our community, and thrives in a team environment? In this role you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience and building meaningful connections with our clients - all while contributing to our team's performance and values.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You showcase our unique jewelry pieces and skillfully present them.Deliver exceptional, memorable in-store experiences that reflect BRUNA's values and aestheticBuild genuine, personal connections with our clients and foster a strong sense of communityAdvise and style clients with confidence, backed by solid product and brand knowledgeActively contribute to sales targets and KPIs - together with your team, not just for themMaintain our visual merchandising standards and support day-to-day store operationsBring positive energy and a solution-oriented mindset to every customer interactionStay informed on product drops, collections, and style trends relevant to our audienceBe aware of what's happening in Vienna's creative and fashion scenes - and use that to inspire conversationsTake initiative, work independently when needed, and always look for ways to improveCollaborate closely with the team and Store Manager to create a high-performing, inspiring work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

You have previous experience in retail or client-facing roles You have a strong sense of personal style and a passion for fashion and peopleYou're structured, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative or solve things independentlyYou bring positive energy, humility, and thrive in a collaborative team environmentYou're curious, open to feedback, and always looking to learn and growYou care about delivering quality and making a real impact through your workYou communicate clearly and confidently - especially with clientsNative-level German is required; fluency in English is a strong plusYou're flexible and open to working hours that align with business needsYou align with BRUNA's values and are excited to shape what's nextWant to show us more of your personality? MINIMUM SALARY

Compensation is based on the collective agreement minimum salary, with the opportunity for overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
