What to Expect

Responsibility for cleanliness, order and hygiene in all stewarding and kitchen areas

Daily coordination, scheduling and briefing of your team

Supervision of cleaning supplies and correct application of hygiene and safety standards

Support with set-up and breakdown of events, buffets and restaurant areas

Close cooperation with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Contribution to a positive guest experience through high quality and cleanliness standards

Participation in training, safety and quality programmes

 
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations preferred

Knowledge of food hygiene, safety and cleaning procedures

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Good command of English

Flexibility, resilience and hands-on attitude, especially during busy times

Passion for quality, teamwork and guest satisfaction
