Springtime Technologies is expanding, creating intelligent automation tools in the Accounts Payable space that help businesses work more efficiently.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Product Owner with a strong technical background to join our Platform development team.

In this role, you'll work closely with other Engineering teams to define and deliver features that strengthen the core of our automation platform. You'll translate business goals into clear technical requirements, maintain and prioritize the backlog, and ensure that development efforts align with product strategy.

We're looking for someone who understands how complex systems fit together, communicates effectively with technical teams, and can balance long-term scalability with short-term delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business internal requirements into actionable product stories and priorities.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams Engineering teams to optimize product usability and performance and developer efficiency.
  • Analyze usage data feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an agile delivery team.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials for internal users and teams.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
  • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear, understandable items for the development team.
  • Ensure the backlog is transparent, up-to-date, and contains work ready for the team to execute.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to influence and motivate the Platform team towards common goals
  • Technical understanding of AP automation, finance processes is a plus.
  • A technical background in the .NET stack is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage.

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3,843, per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
