In a Nutshell
In this role, you'll shape the strategy, ideation, development, production, and delivery of content for the Red Bull Surfing and Red Bull Skateboarding YouTube channels. You'll create authentic, ownable, and innovative YouTube formats that inspire core, casual, and new audiences while driving engagement, growth, and brand loyalty. By leveraging creative storytelling and strategic execution, you'll establish and maintain a leading position for both channels in their respective spaces, solidifying Red Bull as a key player in surf and skateboarding culture on YouTube.

Innovative YouTube Content
In this role, you'll develop authentic and high-impact YouTube content that resonates with both new and existing audiences. You'll apply a deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, titles, and thumbnails to create standout formats that drive channel growth and set Red Bull apart from traditional content. Collaborating closely with the Senior Producer, Communication Manager, and Channel Manager, you'll ensure all content aligns with the overall network and brand strategy. You'll continuously monitor and analyze the YouTube landscape for emerging trends, standout ideas, and top-performing formats, bringing fresh insights and inspiration to the table for new content strategies.

End-to-End Content Production
You'll oversee productions from concept to release, providing creative direction and YouTube-specific expertise at every stage of the process. You'll identify and hire the right production partners and creative talent to deliver content that meets the highest production standards while staying within budget and schedule constraints. You'll build and maintain a strong network of creative professionals to support ongoing projects. Taking a lead role in scripting, shooting, and editing, you'll ensure all content is optimized for clicks, audience retention, and channel growth. Working closely with the Production Management team, you'll coordinate workflows, schedules, location scouting, crew organization, and legal production processes to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all stages of production.

Drive Education
You'll partner with the centralized YouTube team to integrate the latest trends and insights into the Surf and Skate YouTube content strategy. Working alongside the Channel Manager, you'll analyze and report on content performance, extracting actionable insights to inform future productions. You'll build best-case studies to educate and share learnings with HQ networks and local markets, fostering innovation and driving growth across Red Bull's global organization.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3+ years' experience in end-to-end YouTube content production, with a strong portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrate success and channel growth.
• Knowledge of YouTube content best practices, including titles and thumbnails; a passion for surfing and skateboarding is a plus.
• Solid experience in all stages of the content production process, with a strong understanding of cameras and shooting techniques.
• Project management skills with the ability to self-manage complex projects within tight timeframes.
• Extensive network within the content production industry, including strong connections with production partners, agencies, and creative talent.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills to clearly convey creative direction and content vision across diverse teams. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
