Your role in the team

  • Our PLC Remote Support Technicians are the specialists when it comes to quick yet thorough analysis and resolution of various disturbances via remote access.
  • The existing teams support customer installations distributed across the globe and combine extensive expertise regarding the various technologies used.
  • To strengthen our teams at the Graz location, we are looking for new colleagues for the following area of responsibility:
  • Independent restoration of the functionality of our customers' systems – focus on control (e.g., PLC configurations, assistance with mechatronic problems, or similar).
  • Close customer contact throughout the entire solution cycle
  • Collaboration with other internal departments
  • Recording and documentation of individual incidents


Our expectations of you

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge in handling plans (DWG, E-PLAN)
  • Knowledge in Siemens PLC programming
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Independent and self-reliant working style as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong team skills, service orientation, and flexibility
  • International willingness to travel (approx. 5%)

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the intralogistics industry is an advantage.

Education

  • Completed technical education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering (apprenticeship, HTL, university, or similar).
