As a
Cloud AI Consultant
at happtiq, you'll own the full life-cycle of Generative AI and conversational AI projects on Google Cloud. You'll guide clients from idea to production. Designing RAG pipelines, building conversational agents, and deploying scalable solutions on Vertex AI, leveraging your expertise to design and implement transformative data and AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Scope & Deliver GenAI Use-Cases:
  Scope and deliver GenAI use-cases (RAG, agentic workflows, embedding pipelines) on Vertex AI and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Design Deployable Technical Architectures:
  Translate business requirements into concrete Google Cloud blueprints. You will define the technical setup, selecting the right mix of Vertex AI models, vector databases, and serverless compute (e.g., Cloud Run) and map out data flows and security boundaries to ensure the solution is ready for production code.
• Build Conversational Agents:
  Design and prototype conversational agents in Google Cloud Conversational Agents, integrating with back-end services and knowledge bases.
• Develop Applications & Automation:
  Hands-on development in Python with a GenAI focus (Vertex AI, Streamlit, LangChain, FastAPI); automate infrastructure with Terraform where it adds value.
• Deploy Scalable Solutions:
  Collaborate with data and infrastructure engineers to deploy secure, scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Drive Innovation & Knowledge Sharing:
  Stay current on Vertex AI releases, LLMs, vector database technology, GPU / serverless patterns, and share learnings with the team.
• Conduct On-Site Workshops:
  Occasional travel for on-site workshops.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
  Proven experience in delivering projects that involve LLMs or advanced ML on any cloud (Google Cloud preferred). A simple understanding of software development lifecycles, deployment, and model deployment is also valued.
• Cloud Know-How:
  Good grasp of cloud-native data components (e.g., BigQuery or comparable data warehouses, Data Storage solutions, and serverless runtimes). Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud, but other clouds are also welcome.
• Technical Skills:
  Solid Python skills with familiarity in LangChain/LangGraph. Experience designing or integrating conversational flows (e.g., Conversational Agents (Dialogflow), Rasa, or similar). Understanding of LLMs, embedding models, vector databases and retrieval techniques. Knowledge of Streamlit and FastAPI for application development (nice to have). Ability to grasp concepts around GPUs and serverless technologies like Cloud Run.
• Problem Solver:
  A creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges and deliver practical results, from clarifying business goals to mapping user journeys into technical architectures.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  Fluent in German and English. Ability to engage directly with business users asking "why" as often as "how"and comfortable working in fast-moving, multi-project consulting environments.
• Customer-Focused:
  A passion for delivering exceptional client service, building trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Certifications:
  Google Cloud professional certifications (nice to have).
