As a Marketing & Creative Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping how OnZero presents itself to the world. From visual storytelling and digital content to 3D renderings and brand development, you'll be the creative bridge between our technology, people, and mission. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where design, marketing, and innovation come together. Join our international team and make a significant impact in the transition to renewable energy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Designing and producing compelling PowerPoint presentations for sales, investor relations, and internal communication
• Creating visual assets and infographics to simplify complex technical topics
• Managing OnZero's social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta), including content planning, posting, and engagement tracking
• Monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance to optimize visibility and outreach
• Keeping the company website up to date with new projects, visuals, and case studies
• Producing technical 3D visualizations and renderings from CAD or concept designs
• Developing digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise, and roll-ups
• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI) to enhance creative workflows
• Collaborating closely with leadership, engineering, and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

• Excellent written and visual communication skills in German and English
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or creative operations roles
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and basic 3D tools (e.g., Blender, SolidWorks Visualize)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta platforms for professional use
• Strong sense for aesthetics, structure, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Self-driven, reliable, and proactive ("get stuff done" mentality)
• Interest in sustainability, technology, and renewable energy topics

Preferred:

• Experience in technology, energy, or engineering industries
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, or content management systems (CMS)
• Experience creating 3D product or site visualizations
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and emerging digital trends
