Du liebst den Austausch mit Menschen und hast ein gutes Gespür für Talente? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Freelance Recruiter (m/w/d) auf Stundenbasis. Mit deiner Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch und Tschechisch unterstützt du uns bei der Suche und Auswahl passender Kandidat:innen – flexibel, ortsunabhängig und mit einem Aufwand von ca. 5–10 Stunden pro Woche.

Aufgaben
  • Aktive Suche und Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat:innen über Online-Plattformen und soziale Netzwerke
  • Durchführung telefonischer oder virtueller Erstgespräche
  • Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen anhand definierter Kriterien
  • Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen in Deutsch und Tschechisch
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bewerberdaten im System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Recruiting-Team
Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Tschechischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau, keine Muttersprache erforderlich)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting oder HR-Bereich von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. MS Office, Bewerbermanagement-Systeme)
