For our Group Supply Chain Team based in Vienna we are seeking a

GROUP SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, m/w/x

full time: 38,5 hours/week

Job Description: As a Group Supply Chain Manager, you will be in contact with various internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in providing our premiumness not only in the cup but also within our supply chain processes. Ensuring the efficient flow of products throughout our organization you will take care of in- and outbound processes.

WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Guaranteeing customer service for national and international customers
  • Operating with SAP: Order creation, delivery document preparation, invoicing of customer orders and coordination of on-time deliveries
  • Procurement planning, order placement and coordination with suppliers
  • Elaborating and analysing statistics and reports in SAP and Excel
  • Optimizing and developing current supply chain processes within the team as well as in cooperation with other departments and external partners
  • Supporting team members on everyday challenges by providing expertise
  • Participating in national and international projects within the Julius Meinl Group

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Completed commercial or technical education (high school diploma)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG sector
  • Proactive, 'hands-on' approach and able to work independently
  • ERP experience (preferably SAP), solid MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Precise and structured way of working with capability to prioritize
  • Looking forward to work with a young, dynamic and international team

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore above the stated minimum salary.
