As a seasoned expert, you oversee production master data, advanced feasibility assessments, process and inspection planning, cost analyses and corrective actions. Your deep machining knowledge ensures stable, efficient and cost-aware manufacturing workflows.

Job Description

  • Creation and maintenance of production-relevant master data for manufacturing
  • Preparation of technical and economic feasibility analyses based on demand notifications
  • Definition of the manufacturing process, including inspection planning
  • Preparation of preliminary and final cost calculations, variance analyses, and corresponding corrective actions
  • Creation, review, and implementation of product changes
  • Development and implementation of manufacturing-optimizing and cost-reducing measures (
  • Preparation of ad-hoc make-or-buy decisions

Qualifications

  • Completed training in a metalworking profession with a focus on machining
  • Ideally, professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of interconnected processes, analytical thinking, and cost awareness
  • SAP user skills (SAP modules: Production Planning and Materials Management)
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
  • Hands-on mentality, careful and responsible working style, and enjoyment of working in a team
