Das Produkt- und Lösungsangebot wird kombiniert mit kontinuierlich wachsenden Services in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb, Finanzierung, Logistik sowie Technik und Consulting. Professionelle, teilweise exklusive Trainings und Schulungen unter dem Markennamen "Arrow ECS Education" ergänzen das Angebot.

Für unsere Abteilung Technik suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Wien in Vollzeit eine/n

Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

mit großem Interesse an aktuellen und neuen Technologien im IT-Security-/IT-Networking Sektor, der unsere internen und externen Kunden im Pre- und Post-Sales unterstützt.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Konfigurationen für Data Center- (Server, Storage und Netzwerk) sowie Cloud-Lösungen

  • Technische Begleitung der Partner und Präsentation beim Endkunden

  • Unterstützung und technische Ausarbeitung von Ausschreibungen

  • Support für das interne Vertriebsteam bei technischen Anfragen

  • Umgang mit den jeweiligen Hersteller-Tools

  • Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Kunden und Mitarbeiter

  • Durchführung von Produktvorstellungen und Live-Demos der jeweiligen Hersteller

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • ausgezeichnete technologische Kenntnisse in relevanten Bereichen wie Server, Storage, Datacenter, Netzwerk, Security, Cloud-Technologien, Office 365 etc.

  • gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen

  • Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

  • Reisebereitschaft (vornehmlich innerhalb von Österreich)

  • Überzeugende Präsentations-Skills (auch beim Endkunden)

  • Engagement, Zielorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
