Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest mechanische und elektromechanische Systeme von der Idee bis zur Serienreife – inkl. Konzeptentwicklung, Konstruktion, CAD-Modellierung, Prototyping sowie Test & Validierung.
  • Du konstruierst Bauteile aus Metallen, Keramik, Quarz, Kunststoffen sowie Beschichtungsmaterialien und stellst sicher, dass alle Dokumentationen gewissen Standards entsprechen.
  • Du führst detaillierte Analysen durch (z. B. strukturelle Analysen, Finite-Elemente-Berechnungen, thermische Simulationen, Schwingungs-, Strömungs- und Herstellbarkeitsanalysen).
  • Du planst und leitest Machbarkeitsstudien sowie Testprogramme zur Performance-Validierung.
  • Du erstellst technische Berichte und Präsentationen, um Designentscheidungen und Testergebnisse klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Lieferanten und internen Teams zusammen, um qualitativ hochwertige und kostenoptimierte Lösungen sicherzustellen.
  • Du erstellst technische Kern-Deliverables wie FMEA, technische Spezifikationen, Risikobewertungen, Testpläne und Design-Review-Unterlagen.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion mechanischer Baugruppen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD, Inventor, NX oder vergleichbarer CAD-Software.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und qualitätsorientiert.
