As part of our Execution Desk, you will be responsible for the trading of all exchange and off-exchange traded asset classes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and market participants.

We are looking for junior candidates (e.g. Master students or recent graduates) with strong interest in capital markets and trading. For junior profiles, we offer a structured onboarding, mentoring, and development path.

Your Tasks
  • Execution of client orders in equities, bonds, funds, certificates, warrants, ETFs, ETDs
  • Handling orders for retail (branches, savings banks, entities) and institutional clients (third-party banks, insurance companies, asset managers)
  • Acting as single point of contact for institutional clients, KAGs, platforms, insurances…
  • Ensuring compliance with best execution policies and regulatory requirements (pre- and post-trade checks)
  • Close collaboration with Banking Services, Financial Institutions, and IT
  • Product know-how across multiple asset classes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with exchanges and brokers
Your Background
  • Ongoing or completed Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, mathematic or related fields
  • Strong interest in trading and capital markets
  • First experience through internships or university projects is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

    The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 45.972,- - gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
