Tell us about your strengths and apply at UNIQA IT Services GmbH (UITS), the IT service provider of the UNIQA Group, as  Test Quality Manager (m/f/d) 

• Overall responsibility for all test-related processes (Defect Process, Test Management Process, Minimal Rule Set)
• Definition, rollout, and monitoring of testing KPIs and reporting standards
• Ensuring compliance with test processes, guidelines, and quality standards, including internal assessments
• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits as well as FMA in the testing area
• Responsibility for GDPR-compliant test data and the Test Data Standard
• Close cooperation with the Test Center in Nitra, Testing Bridgeheads, and Value Train Managers
• Supporting and monitoring end-to-end testing and promoting a unified testing approach within UITS
• Organizing Communities of Practice and fostering knowledge sharing
• Participation in management and alignment meetings (Portfolio, TL/CEO, Agile)
• Responsibility for GRC processes in test management and conducting Business Impact Analyses

• Several years of experience in test management and a solid understanding of agile development processes
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Tosca, and common testing methodologies
• Experience in defining and implementing testing and quality standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across international teams
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and strong quality awareness
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to decision-making
• Very good English skills
