The Role

We are looking for a
Senior Account Executive
to take ownership of our growth in the DACH market. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role for a hunter who thrives on uncovering new business. You won't just be waiting for leads; you will define your territory strategy, identify high-value targets, and manage the process from first contact to signed contract.

You will set the standard for outbound excellence at fiskaly, working directly with leadership to refine our value proposition and go-to-market approach in the retail tech space.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Outbound Execution: You won't just follow a list; you will design and execute targeted outbound campaigns to penetrate key accounts (POS vendors, retail tech).
  • Pipeline Ownership: Take full accountability for your pipeline health. You will identify, qualify, and nurture your own leads, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Go beyond basic research. Analyze the DACH landscape to uncover untapped segments and competitor vulnerabilities, feeding this data back to Product and Marketing.
  • Process Optimization: Use your experience to improve our outreach toolstack and messaging. You will A/B test approaches and help structure a playbook for future hires.
  • Consultative Selling: Move prospects from "cold" to "closed" by articulating complex technical value to C-level stakeholders, managing the deal cycle with precision.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Full-Cycle Sales experience: You have a proven track record of generating your own pipeline and closing it. You don't need a massive marketing budget to hit your number.
  • Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable with cold outreach and have the resilience to handle the early stages of the funnel, but with the sophistication of a senior closer.
  • Technical Aptitude: You can quickly grasp API-based products and explain them clearly to non-technical buyers.
  • Data-Driven: You manage your CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) impeccably and use data to prioritize which accounts to attack next.
  • Self-Starter: You require minimal management. You know how to build a territory plan and execute it autonomously.
