AÏDA — Vi
enna's iconic pink coffeehouse chain since 1913 — is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to lead our flagship store next to St. Stephen's Cathedral and oversee additional city center locations.

100 employees under your supervision, you will play a key role in upholding AÏDA's legendary Viennese hospitality and ensuring that every guest experiences "Tradition meets Future" — from the perfect coffee to a warm smile.

onsibilities
• Overse
e daily operations of multiple AÏDA locations in Vienna's city center
• Lead,
motivate, and inspire a large and diverse team of over 100 employees
• Prepar
e and optimize weekly work schedules and shift plans
• Ensure
adherence to AÏDA service standards, hygiene, and quality guidelines
• Mainta
in a positive, efficient, and customer-oriented work atmosphere
• Act as
a key contact between staff and management, ensuring smooth communication
• Drive
operational excellence, staff training, and guest satisfaction
Your Pro
f
ile
• Minimu
m 5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant management
• Proven
leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams
• Strong
organizational and communication skills
• Fluent
in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Hands-
on, energetic, and highly reliable — especially on weekends
• Passio
nate about Viennese coffeehouse culture and premium guest service
