Lead Fullstack Engineer

You're passionate about modernising software landscapes and turning legacy systems into future-proof, maintainable solutions. At SQUER, you'll be part of our Software Transformation Unit, focusing on Power Platform as a key enabler in transforming existing Microsoft-based ecosystems. From SharePoint modernisation to enterprise-ready Power Apps – you lead, shape, and deliver impactful projects that make a real difference.

• Technical Leadership: Own the technical delivery of .NET, as well as Power Platform-centric projects and lead your team across all development phases.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with customers to translate business vision into scalable Power Platform strategies and applications.
• Software Engineering: Design and develop modern, secure, and maintainable solutions using Power Platform, .NET, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Architecture & Integration: Make architectural decisions and implement integrations with M365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and API gateways.
• DevOps & Deployment: Drive automation and CI/CD processes for Power Platform using Azure DevOps and other deployment tooling.
• Coaching & Culture: Support agile teams, share best practices, and contribute to a learning-driven engineering culture at SQUER.

• Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise: Robust understanding of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure (including EntraID), M365 and API Gateways.
• Power Platform Delivery: Proven experience implementing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, including licensing strategies and deployment.
• Architecture & Security: Strong knowledge of Power Platform security concepts, limitations, and architectural patterns.
• .NET & Web Development: Solid experience with C# and PowerShell; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript.
• SharePoint Development: Hands-on experience building custom solutions within SharePoint Online.
• DevOps Mindset: Experience with Azure DevOps and implementing deployment processes for Power Platform applications.
• Agile Collaboration: Comfortable working in agile environments and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communication: Open and clear communicator, willing to coach others and act as a technical sparring partner.
• Languages: Fluent in English and German
